- A broad neglect of soil conservation and restoration related to urban development has given rise to the need for a service industry whose main focus is soil restoration, maintenance, and proper preparation of the soil after construction but prior to landscaping. This neglect is not a new issue. It has compounded over more than the last hundred years. As a company of stewards, we are introducing these issues and offering sustainable solutions.

its reuse and recycling is what a real green company does. Covering the
associated costs of retrieving packaging is true social commitment to something
more than monetary gain.

WHAT IS IT?
A product of local effects to recycle green waste. It begins as
leftovers from restaurants, unsold produce and tree chippings from local agencies. these products are windrowed for months and months until they are completely cooked and broken down at a local green waste recycling facility. The result is a great compost referred to as humus.

Topdressing for maintenance or rehabilitation
Professional topdressing
Average 1 cubic yard of material (60/40 compost/sand blend) spread evenly before dragging in. Also includes core aeration, spot leveling/divot repair. A Best Maintenance Practice for your lawn. (BMP)
Compost topdressing
1/8” depth of material, uniform coverage = 1⁄2 cubic yard per 1,000 sq. ft. 7¢ per sq. ft. A routine natural humus compost feeding for your grass. Does not include core aeration. Can be added.
Lawn Leveling
Heavy topdressing by hand to fix bad low spots and unevenness. Packed with nutrients and sand for leveling it also feeds the root system and promotes vigorous growth. Average 2 cubic yards of material used. Does not include core aeration.
