To improve the health and sustainability
of local landscapes through stewardship of the soil.
Recycle – We utilize recycled organic compost in our composting and topdressing services, as well as our bagged products.
Rebuild – The compost is used to rebuild depleted soils with living micro-organisms, minerals, and organic content.
Reuse – We hand-bag our compost to transport it to job sites as well as for wholesale distribution. Those bags are returned to our bagging operation and reused as many times as possible before being recycled.
Savings – Soil conservation/restoration, water conservation, green waste recycling, plastic recycling, and waste diversion all save money in several different sectors of the local economy.
Free Public Education – We use our products and services as a catalyst to spread the knowledge related to sustainability and soil conservation in the urban environment.

As businesses and people who, through the course of our daily activities, have a
significant impact on the overall health and subsequently the future of our
environment, we simply urge everyone to tread lightly.
We believe that using sustainable
packaging simply is not enough. There is
still room to do more to positively impact
the environment through our conducting
of business.
That is why we are taking the initiative to retrieve our product packaging in
order to reuse it. Simply utilizing reusable packaging would be nothing more
than a marketing tool if we did not put it to reuse. It would show the character
traits of a green company. However, retrieving our product packaging to ensure
its reuse and recycling is what a real green company does. Covering the
associated costs of retrieving packaging is true social commitment to something
more than monetary gain.
Our reusable packaging is an integral part of
our sustainable business model. Retrieving our
product packaging is vital to our role in
reducing landfill waste. This displays our
commitment to sustainable communities.

organic matter in the soil. Poor soil doesn't absorb water equaling wasted money on watering.
It took hundreds of years for Mother Nature to make good healthy soil, and it took moments for it to be removed for construction and development. It’s taking all of your money, time, water and energy to fight the negative effects and impacts to your landscape. With the push of a button, you can have us come out to fix it.
A broad neglect of soil conservation and restoration related to urban development has given rise to the need for a service industry whose main focus is soil restoration, maintenance, and the proper preparation of soil after construction but prior to landscaping. This neglect is not a new issue. It has compounded over more than the last hundred years. As a company of stewards, we are introducing these issues and offering sustainable solutions.
If you purchase the soil amendments for your new construction from us, then you will receive a warranty covering your new landscape.
We will inspect the new landscape for proper installation, and every year we will come out to test the soil and audit the landscape system to make sure everything is going well.
This program is a simple, yet effective
working model that builds and maintains
sustainable residential landscapes through
healthy soil. We achieve all of this by first
building healthy soil systems, then by
maintaining them organically, while providing
you with a warranty on your entire living
landscape.
Our sustainability initiatives show our true commitment to the environment, economy, and education. That dedication is unique for a business in the landscape industry.
